Photography Consent Form

CleandUp, referred to as the "Company," requests your permission to capture and use photography before and after cleaning for marketing purposes. We value your privacy and assure you that no sensitive information or identifiable details will be included in the photographs. Please read the following consent form carefully.

  1. Consent and Release I, you the customer, hereby grant permission to the Company to photograph the designated areas of my premises before and after cleaning takes place. I understand that these photographs may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to print materials, websites, social media platforms, and advertisements.

  2. Usage and Disclosure I understand that the photographs taken will be used exclusively by the Company and its representatives. The Company will not disclose any personally identifiable information or sensitive details related to me or my property. The photographs will only feature the before and after cleaning areas, excluding any background content, open windows, visible or readable names, or other personal information.

  3. Ownership and Copyright I acknowledge and agree that all rights, including copyright, to the photographs captured during the cleaning process shall be owned by the Company. I waive any claim to compensation or ownership rights for the use of these photographs.

  4. Duration of Consent I understand that this consent remains valid until revoked in writing. If I decide to withdraw my consent at any time, I will inform the Company in writing, and the Company will promptly discontinue the use of any photographs featuring my premises.

  5. Confidentiality and Security The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the photographs captured. However, I understand that the Company cannot guarantee absolute security, and I release the Company from any liability arising from any unauthorized use or disclosure of the photographs.
